ORCA is the all-in-one transit card for the Puget Sound region, specifically designed for seamless travel on buses, trains, and ferries in the Seattle-Tacoma metropolitan area. To begin using ORCA, simply download the app and create an account. The myORCA app allows you to conveniently manage your ORCA card from anywhere, at any time.
With the myORCA app, you have a range of features at your fingertips:
- Instantly load fares onto your card
- Check your balance
- Purchase and manage multiple ORCA cards
- Buy daily or monthly passes
- Set up automatic fare reloads
- And much more!
With ORCA, you can easily pay for your trips and transfers across various transit agencies, including Community Transit, Everett Transit, King County Metro, Kitsap Transit, Pierce Transit, Sound Transit, and Washington State Ferries. Please note that there may be exclusions for certain special trips and Washington State Ferries.
To use ORCA, simply tap your card on the ORCA card reader when boarding a bus or ferry, or at a train platform or stop.
Reduced fare programs are available for qualifying individuals with low incomes, seniors (65+ years), youth (6-18 years), and persons with disabilities. These reduced fare cards are compatible with the myORCA app. To determine which card is suitable for you, please contact us at 888-988-6722 / TTY: 711.
